State Representative John Proos currently represents northern Berrien County in the Michigan House. He was elected in November 2004 and is a life-long resident of St. Joseph, where he resides with his wife Kristy and three children, Elena, Jack and Nora.
The 21st District includes Berrien, Cass and most of Van Buren counties.
