Michigan's future depends on our ability to sustain our state's education system. We must continue to reform and enhance our education system by working with local school boards, administrators, teachers, and parents to identify the most effective ways to educate our children. As our state's economy continues to change, it is more important now than ever to ensure that an affordable higher education is attainable. By providing financial incentives to job providers who help their employees obtain a higher education and by supporting programs that allow families to begin saving for their children's college education at a young age.
